Though we lovingly refer to this guy as Casserole on account of his puppy name from our Thanksgiving litter, he definitely has more class than that! He is a sharp looking dude with the intensity of his dad Thundery, but the sweet and easy going temperament of his momma, Hazel. He has hunted multiple seasons in South Dakota and quickly became one of the top dogs on Ethan’s guide string, not only on pheasants but also on prairie grouse.
He will be working towards steadiness to wing, shot and fall training goals this spring to prepare him for the upcoming season at the El Tesoro Ranch, where he will guide as a brace mate with another steady to wing, shot and fall GSP and a little flushing English Cocker on liberated quail as well as have the opportunity to hunt wild bobwhite quail and blue quail.
Then after his first El Tesoro season he will move on to testing goals for both NAVHDA Utility Testing and for AKC Master Hunter Testing.
